We are an international law firm specializing in intellectual property protection, legal support for IT businesses and startups, blockchain, and artificial intelligence projects, as well as handling various business law matters.
We are currently looking for a Lawyer/Junior Lawyer in International and IT Law—and this could be you!
🔹 What awaits you:
- Legal support for IT, AI, and tech projects
- Research and systematization of tax and legal information across different jurisdictions
- Taxation, corporate structuring, and business entity registration
- Participation in IP box formation, structuring, and IP rights transfer
- Business structuring using foreign companies
- Legal documentation management and processing
- Drafting legal documents (contracts, policies, agreements)
- Preparing and finalizing legal consultations
- Writing articles, conducting analytics, and preparing presentations
Candidates with relevant experience in Ukrainian law may also be considered for the position of an assistant (junior) lawyer in corporate and tax law.
