Today, the association unites more than 20 professionals from 9 countries and works at the intersection of law, technology, and ethics.
What does AIEI membership mean?
Participation in the AIEI international community gives us access to global experience, educational initiatives, events, and research in the field of ethical AI. It is an opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary dialogue, share knowledge, and work together to create a safe and sustainable AI environment.
We share the key principles underlying the AIEI’s activities: respect for human rights, transparency, accountability, environmental sustainability (Green AI), non-discrimination, and data security.
Adherence to the AIEI Principles and AI certification
Barbashyn Law Firm has officially joined the Principles of Ethics and Integrity in Artificial Intelligence developed by AIEI – AI Ethics and Integrity International Association. As a confirmation of this step, we have received a declarative AI certificate, which confirms our commitment to transparent, ethical and legal standards of AI development and implementation.
Legal support for innovations
Barbashyn Law specializes in legal support of AI solutions, helping clients to ensure compliance with the law, structure their AI business, formalize intellectual property, licenses, contracts, and implement ethical and compliance practices.
We are convinced that legal frameworks are not a limitation but a necessary condition for the development of innovations. That is why we are joining AIEI to promote a responsible attitude towards the use of AI.
Future initiatives of AIEI
In 2025, the AIEI continues to expand its activities and international engagement. Among the key initiatives:
- The first international magazine on AI best practices has already been released, which brings together cases of ethical AI implementation from leading companies;
- creation of industry committees – legal, IT, and investment;
- holding an international summit with awarding of leading experts.
Together towards ethical and safe AI
We are proud to be part of the global movement for ethical artificial intelligence. Our partnership with the AIEI is our contribution to creating a future where technology serves society and innovation is developed within the framework of legal and ethical responsibility.
